The predicted salary is between 130 - 160 £ per hour.

We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Supply Teachers to work across primary schools throughout Lincolnshire. This is a flexible daily supply role, with short-term positions also available, offering an immediate start. This role is ideal for teachers seeking variety, flexibility, or short-term commitments while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  • Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in UK primary school settings
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
