We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Supply Teachers to work across primary schools in Peterborough and the surrounding areas. This is a flexible daily supply role with multiple opportunities available, covering Early Years through to Key Stage 2, with an immediate start. This role is ideal for teachers seeking variety, flexibility, or a better work–life balance while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary school settings (EYFS–KS2)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
