These positions offer an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to take on a leadership role and drive academic excellence within their specialist subject area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and management of the subject department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
- Support and develop teaching staff to deliver outstanding lessons that engage and inspire students.
- Oversee curriculum planning, assessment, and the implementation of departmental improvement strategies.
- Monitor pupil progress and use data to inform decision-making and raise attainment.
