We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Supply Teachers to work across primary schools throughout Lincolnshire. This is a flexible daily supply role, with short-term positions also available, offering an immediate start. While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required. This role is ideal for teachers seeking variety, flexibility, or short-term commitments while continuing to make a positive impact in the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
- Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary school settings
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
