We are currently recruiting QTS-qualified Supply Teachers to work across both primary and secondary schools in the Northampton and Kettering areas. This is a flexible daily supply role, ideal for teachers looking for variety, work-life balance, or a return to the classroom without a long-term commitment. Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across primary and/or secondary year groups
  • Follow school lesson plans and adapt where required
  • Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Support pupil learning, engagement, and wellbeing
  • Ensure safeguarding and child protection procedures are followed at all times
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each placement where required

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Confidence teaching in primary and/or secondary school settings
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
  • Ability to quickly build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
