About the Graduate Programme
The client is offering a 12-month Graduate Software Engineer programme within their TRIPS division, an area dedicated to expanding their platform from a single-product business into a multi-product, personalised travel ecosystem. This programme equips graduates with the technical and professional foundations needed to meaningfully contribute to the evolution of their global travel services. Participants join the organisation as permanent employees and work within teams that design and deliver the services powering property search, availability, and customer experience. Graduates receive structured support, including a mentor, a comprehensive onboarding bootcamp, and two rotations across engineering teams, providing exposure to best-in-class engineering practices at scale.
