A leading UK housebuilding and construction group is recruiting graduates to join its Graduate Construction Pathway, a structured 18‑month development programme designed to build future Site Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Directors. The Programme
The Construction Pathway is an 18‑month rotational programme, starting and finishing in Construction, with structured rotations across:
- Construction
- Health & Safety
- Technical Development
- Commercial
- Customer Service
- Construction (final rotation)
You will be based on site throughout the programme. Site locations are subject to change and will be within reasonable commuting distance of the Warrington area. During the final rotation, transition discussions will take place, with the opportunity to move into a permanent Build or Construction team role on successful completion of the programme.
