A leading UK housebuilding and construction group is recruiting graduates to join its Graduate Construction Pathway, a structured 18‑month development programme designed to build future Site Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Directors. This pathway is ideal for graduates with an interest in construction, project management, construction technology, quality, and on‑site delivery, who want broad exposure and a long‑term career in the construction industry.

Key Criteria

  • Education: A relevant degree achieved at 2:2 or above
  • Eligibility & Practical Requirements:
    • Full UK driving licence (travel between sites is required)
    • Willingness to work on site and adapt to changing locations
    • Available to start in September 2026

The Programme

The Construction Pathway is an 18‑month rotational programme, starting and finishing in Construction, with structured rotations across:

  • Construction
  • Health & Safety
  • Technical Development
  • Commercial
  • Customer Service
  • Construction (final rotation)

You will be based on site throughout the programme. Site locations are subject to change and will be within reasonable commuting distance of the Warrington area. During the final rotation, transition discussions will take place, with the opportunity to move into a permanent Build or Construction team role on successful completion of the programme.

  • Take ownership of your development, actively seeking learning opportunities and feedback
