The Role
Our client is seeking a Graduate Analyst who is interested in building a long-term career within executive search. In this position, you will support the wider search team while developing the skills required to manage research processes independently over time. Analysts collaborate closely with Associates, Principals, and Partners by providing research support, identifying potential candidates, and maintaining accurate records within the internal database.
You will also assist in mapping target organisations, managing candidate information, and ensuring data accuracy within the company’s systems. As you gain experience, you will contribute to defining research strategies, progressing searches, and proactively identifying potential candidates for client assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential candidate profiles by analysing industries, companies, and relevant talent markets.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Engage with potential candidates and build a strong pipeline of talent for ongoing and upcoming searches.
- Search Progress Updates: Participate in regular update meetings with the internal search team and clients, providing insights into research progress and candidate engagement.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within internal systems and databases.
- Learning & Development: Work closely with senior team members, observing calls and meetings to gain practical insight into the executive search process.
