This Graduate Executive Search Analyst opportunity offers the chance to learn the foundations of Executive Search within a globally recognised leadership advisory and executive recruitment firm. You will work alongside experienced consultants supporting searches for CEOs, Board Directors and C-suite executives across a range of industries. What you'll be doing:
- Supporting Executive Search projects for CEO, Managing Director, CFO, COO, CTO and Board-level appointments
- Researching companies, industries and leadership teams across global markets
- Identifying and mapping senior executives who could be potential candidates for client assignments
- Building detailed market intelligence reports and leadership talent maps
- Analysing industry trends, competitor activity and organisational structures
- Supporting candidate assessment and succession planning projects
- Working closely with experienced consultants throughout the executive hiring process
- Helping clients understand where the best leadership talent exists within their sector
- Developing expertise in how organisations attract and evaluate senior leadership talent
