We are looking for an organised and proactive Events & Marketing Administrator to provide administrative support across a varied programme of student-focused events, promotional campaigns, recognition schemes and engagement activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and supporting the delivery of high-quality events and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event and campaign delivery
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of careers-related events, student competitions and award programmes.
  • Support the organisation of campaign logistics, promotional materials and engagement activities.
  • Communicate with students, universities, student groups and external partners to encourage participation and attendance.
  • Work with colleagues across different teams to help manage campaign schedules, assets and project milestones.
  • Administration and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, timelines and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
  • Assist with reporting and post-event administration where required.
