A high-growth, venture-backed FoodTech platform is building the future operating model for restaurants and delivery-first brands. We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help scale our network of partner kitchens and hospitality operators across the UK. This is a hunter role. You’ll proactively source, pitch, and close new partner operators (restaurants, pubs, takeaways, dark kitchens) to launch and operate our portfolio of fast-growing food brands from their existing kitchens.

Key Criteria (Essential)- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Highly driven, competitive, and resilient
- Commercially minded with negotiation ability
- Organised and able to manage a pipeline
- Right to work in the UK
- Graduate or equivalent experience
- Background in hospitality, food, SaaS, marketplace, or B2B sales
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Interest in startups / high-growth environments
- Proactively source and prospect hospitality operators across your region
- Run outbound activity via cold calls, emails, field sales, and LinkedIn
- Pitch the commercial value of operating our food brands
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery → pitch → negotiation → close → launch
- Manage your pipeline using CRM (HubSpot or similar)
- Work closely with Partner Success, Culinary, Marketing, and Growth teams
- Ensure partner quality and long-term commercial success
- Hit and exceed monthly host acquisition targets (4+ partners per month once ramped)
- Feed market insights back into strategy and brand expansion decisions
- £32,000 – £36,000 base salary
- Uncapped monthly commission (Year 1 OTE £45k–£50k+)
