Job Description
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead youth and brand marketing campaigns for major global clients — from live events and campus activations to digital and social experiences.
You’ll help deliver award-winning, integrated campaigns that connect brands with student and Gen Z audiences across the UK, Europe and beyond.
Working closely with Account Directors and agency leadership, you’ll manage a small team, drive creativity and ensure projects are delivered with precision, passion, and measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple client accounts, delivering campaigns on time, on budget and on brief
- Lead the development and execution of integrated brand experiences — from live activations to digital engagement
- Supervise and mentor Account Executives, supporting their growth and ensuring excellence across all deliverables
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life across experiential, digital and social platforms
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and evaluation results confidently to clients
- Work with finance to manage budgets, supplier payments, and ensure account profitability
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support new business pitches and proposals
- Represent the agency onsite at events, festivals, or brand activations when required
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years’ agency experience, ideally within experiential, events, or brand marketing
- Experience leading multi-channel campaigns for consumer or youth brands
- Strong understanding of Gen Z and student culture, including trends, platforms, and values
- Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members
- Skilled in campaign budgeting, reporting, and client communication
- Confident presenter with a creative mindset and strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience linking digital and physical campaigns for maximum impact
