Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive Senior Account Executive to join a fast-paced youth and brand marketing agency delivering award-winning campaigns for global consumer brands.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of creative campaigns that connect brands with student and Gen Z audiences through live events, brand experiences, and digital activations.
This is a hands-on, career-building opportunity to work across exciting projects for household names, collaborating with an experienced team in a supportive, high-energy environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support campaign delivery across experiential, social, and digital channels
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and keep communication flowing
- Coordinate events, brand activations, and partnerships with universities and venues
- Manage and motivate student brand ambassadors and promotional staff
- Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and ensure projects run smoothly
- Contribute creative ideas for campaign development and client pitches
- Track budgets and assist with reconciliation alongside Account Managers
- Support agency marketing efforts and content creation for social channels
- Represent the agency at live events, festivals, and on-campus activations
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year’s agency experience (preferably experiential, event, or brand marketing)
- Understanding of Gen Z and student culture, with a passion for creativity and youth trends
- Experience delivering campaigns on time and budget
- Confident communicator with strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience managing brand ambassadors or promotional staff
- Knowledge of social media and how it complements live and digital activations
- Collaborative, solutions-focused, and eager to grow within a leading youth agency
