The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, assisting contractual administration during the procurement process, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. The intention is that this role will expand and develop into a direct sales executive role, supporting our SMB customer deals. This is not a cold-calling role.
Opportunity Qualification:- Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and requirements.
- Identify and prioritise high-potential leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers.
