Should you secure this role, you will be inducted into a Sales Apprenticeship which combines practical work experience with formal training and qualifications allowing you to earn while learning and gain skills in areas like customer service, sales techniques, and business operations.
The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team in qualifying opportunities, handling inbound sales inquiries, assisting contractual administration during the procurement process, and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales department. The intention is that this role will expand and develop into a direct sales executive role, supporting our SMB customer deals.

- Handle inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers.

Administrative Support:

You are a recent graduate with a keen interest in technology and sales. Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRMs in general is desirable.
