You’ll begin in an Analytics function, becoming an expert user of a world-leading financial data and analytics platform while supporting global clients across investment banking, asset management, trading, and corporate finance. As your expertise grows, you’ll have a clear pathway into Sales, working directly with senior financial decision-makers and driving commercial growth. This is not a passive grad scheme. You’ll be trusted early, trained intensively, and exposed to real market conversations from day one.
Key Criteria (Essential)
- Fluent Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong interest in financial markets and financial services
- Ability to multitask and solve client problems under time pressure
- Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- High resilience, adaptability, and learning agility
- Motivation to pursue a client-facing career, with long-term interest in sales or relationship management
- Willingness to travel across EMEA as required
- Flexibility to occasionally work weekends or bank holidays (time off in lieu provided)
- Eligibility for UK Skilled Worker visa (New Entrant route) if sponsorship is required

What You’ll Be Doing
Analytics (Initial Role)
- Provide high-quality, real-time client support via live chat and digital channels
- Resolve complex analytical, technical, and market-related queries
- Educate clients on financial data, analytics tools, and workflow solutions
- Support users across asset classes including equities, fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivatives
- Deliver product training sessions and support client onboarding
- Work closely with Sales teams on product launches and strategic initiatives
You’ll handle a high volume of varied, intellectually demanding queries, building deep market knowledge fast.
Sales (Progression Opportunity)
As you develop, you may transition into a Sales role where you will:
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Identify new revenue and expansion opportunities
- Understand client workflows and present tailored enterprise solutions
- Act as a trusted commercial and technical advisor
Most high performers progress into Sales or specialist client roles.
