This company is opening a brand-new store in the heart of Bath and is looking for a Store Supervisor to help lead the team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a customer-first environment, brings energy and organisation to the shop floor, and can confidently step in when the Store Manager is away.
- Supporting day-to-day store operations and team coordination
- Leading by example in product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store standards
- Assisting with training and mentoring new team members
- Ensuring smooth use of till systems, logistics, and store admin
- Acting as a brand ambassador and upholding company values
You will need to work at least 2 weekends a month to start with as at least one Senior Team member is required on Saturdays and/or Sundays every weekend until other staff are settled and fully trained.
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a premium retail or supervisory role
- A team player who brings positivity and initiative to every shift
- Comfortable using retail systems and handling operational tasks
