Our client is a well-established executive search firm working with leading organisations across international consumer markets. Their portfolio includes major brands spanning fast-moving consumer goods, retail, quick-service restaurants, consumer health, and related sectors. They support businesses worldwide in identifying and securing high-calibre leadership talent. Assignments typically cover both board-level and senior management roles across a wide variety of functions. With a strong understanding of international markets, the firm focuses on finding individuals who can lead diverse teams effectively while delivering long-term commercial success.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire either a Research Associate or a more experienced Researcher to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research into global markets, competitor landscapes, and company structures
  • Identify and approach senior professionals for leadership opportunities
  • Engage directly with candidates to evaluate experience and alignment
  • Assist with or manage the delivery of retained search projects
  • Oversee candidate pipelines from initial contact through to placement
  • Provide insights on industry trends and potential business opportunities

At Associate level, the focus will be on developing research skills and supporting project delivery. At Researcher level, you will take greater responsibility for managing searches and candidate relationships.

Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable interacting with senior professionals
  • Genuine interest in business strategy and organisational design
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in executive search or recruitment research is helpful but not required for entry-level applicants.
