Your Mission
In this role, you’ll act as a subject matter expert on early talent — including apprenticeships, school leaver programmes, and graduate hiring. You’ll work alongside commercial teams to shape, pitch, and win new business by offering smart, relevant, and high-impact solutions tailored to employer needs.
Your focus will include listening to customer challenges, providing expert guidance, co-creating creative and effective proposals, supporting go-to-market activities, and ensuring a smooth transition into delivery.

What You\’ll Be Doing
Winning New Work Through Insight and Innovation
- Collaborate with sales leads and bid teams to attend client meetings, assess needs, and present tailored recommendations
- Build and refine written proposals, from quick idea outlines to detailed RFP responses
- Partner with internal experts to maintain a ready-to-go library of high-quality sales materials, from slide decks to explainer videos
Sharing Knowledge and Building Capability
- Deliver internal training to commercial and delivery teams to strengthen understanding of early talent recruitment and development trends
- Stay informed on emerging hiring practices, tools, and educational trends through industry research and networking
- Act as a key feedback channel between the market and internal product or delivery teams to ensure customer needs inform future solutions
Elevating Brand Presence and Thought Leadership
- Co-create thought-provoking content across channels — such as LinkedIn, articles, blog posts, awards submissions, and post-event recaps
- Support brand positioning within target industries by contributing to marketing campaigns and sector-specific events
What We’re Looking For

- Solid experience in early careers hiring — whether in-house, with a recruitment provider, or through a tech-enabled HR solution
- Strong knowledge in at least one area of the candidate journey, such as attraction, assessment, onboarding, or learning and development
- Ability to present insights clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders
- A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative settings and is comfortable leading projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to tell a story, sell a concept, and inspire trust
- A natural networker who stays current with industry shifts and innovations
