You’ll contribute to live projects, learn from experienced engineers and discover how technology is used to solve genuine customer and business problems. You won’t be expected to arrive as an accomplished developer. The employer is looking for your technical foundations, learning potential and enthusiasm.

Depending on your team, you could:

  • Write and test code for customer-facing products
  • Help develop mobile, web or back-end services
  • Work with APIs, cloud technology or data platforms

  • Some experience coding in at least one programming language
  • An interest in software engineering, data, cloud or digital technology
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • A willingness to ask questions and learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork
  • The motivation to make a meaningful contribution

A Computer Science degree is not required. Your coding experience could come from your degree, personal projects, online learning, societies, hackathons or another route.
