A UK-based consultancy specialising in change and transformation is recruiting graduates to join its Accelerated Development Programme as Risk Analysts.
This role is ideal for graduates with strong analytical capability and an interest in risk management, data, and decision-making, who want early exposure to high-impact projects and structured professional development.
The Role – Risk Analyst
As a Risk Analyst, you will support the development and improvement of risk processes, with an initial focus on residual value data. You\’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to replicate best practice from established credit risk approaches and contribute to projects that directly influence business outcomes.
You will:
Analyse and interpret risk and residual value data to support decision-making
Contribute to the improvement and standardisation of risk processes
Support high-impact projects in collaborative, delivery-focused environments
Develop strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
Build a solid foundation in risk management with exposure to real-world applications
There may be opportunities to travel as part of project delivery, so flexibility is advantageous.
Key Criteria
Education
A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in any subject
Degrees in STEM, Economics, or other analytical disciplines are advantageous
Degree completed, or due to be completed, by early 2026
Right to work in the UK by the start date
Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
Ability to work on site 4–5 days per week in Basildon
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong data analysis and problem-solving capability
Confident use of Power BI
Advanced Excel skills
Exposure to SQL and Python is desirable
