About the Role
This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Campaign Oversight
- Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion.
- Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients.
- Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and escalate any issues in a timely manner.
- Campaign Delivery & Performance
- Design and execute effective attraction strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, trackers, and campaign summaries.
- Evaluate outcomes and share insights at the end of each campaign.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure adequate resourcing across all stages of the campaign.
- Monitor delivery performance, ensuring high standards in candidate quality, speed of delivery, and achievement of hiring targets.
