This role involves working with stakeholders across different parts of the business, helping manage application processes, assessments, and communications—creating a seamless and positive recruitment journey for all involved.

Key Deliverables:

  • Client Success
    • Help maintain a strong pipeline of applicants to meet the hiring needs of clients, ensuring diversity and quality throughout.
    • Run interactive sessions or training to assist hiring teams in understanding the assessment process and their involvement in candidate evaluation.
    • Keep application processes on track, ensuring prompt movement through the hiring funnel and meeting agreed turnaround times.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, timely communication both online and face-to-face.
  • Candidate Journey
    • Plan and manage assessment events, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
    • Communicate updates and outcomes to candidates, including constructive feedback where appropriate.
    • Keep records and recruitment status reports accurate and up to date.
    • Ensure candidates feel informed and supported, answering queries clearly and efficiently throughout the process.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Maintain open communication with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination during campaigns.
    • Attend team check-ins and contribute ideas and updates.
    • Manage competing tasks with flexibility and strong time management, particularly during busy recruitment cycles.
