A major UK energy and infrastructure organisation is hiring graduates to join a two-year Nuclear Business Graduate Programme, supporting one of the country’s most important low-carbon energy projects.
This programme offers early-career professionals the chance to work on a nationally significant infrastructure programme that will provide clean, reliable electricity to millions of homes for decades to come.
The Opportunity
This is a structured two-year graduate programme designed to develop future business leaders within the UK energy and infrastructure sector. You will rotate through a range of high-impact placements across corporate strategy, finance, regulation, sustainability, energy policy and government-facing functions. You will be based in London, with placements of up to six months and some travel to other project locations as required.
You’ll receive full support throughout the programme, including a career manager, placement manager, mentor and buddy, giving you exposure, guidance and long-term career development.

- Gain exposure across areas such as finance, strategy, regulation, sustainability and government engagement

Key Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (2:2 or above) in one of the following or similar: Finance, Business, Economics, Politics, Energy, Sustainability, Data, Analytics or related disciplines.
