Eligibility
- You must be in the final year of your degree; or
- A graduate who completed their undergraduate, Master’s or PhD studies within the previous 12 months
Join the Technology division of a major UK financial services organisation and help build secure, reliable digital products that make a genuine difference to customers. On the Technology Graduate Programme, you’ll work on real products and projects while developing your technical and professional skills across different technology teams.
Depending on your team and rotations, you could:
- Build features for mobile applications and websites
- Develop back-end services and APIs
- Work with real-time data pipelines and machine-learning platforms
- Improve the reliability, performance and security of critical systems
- Build tools that improve the experience of other engineers
- Contribute to cloud-based platforms and services
- Work in agile teams alongside engineers, product managers and designers
- Test, review and improve production-quality code
Technologies may include Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, React, Node and AWS. You are not expected to know all of these before joining.
What we’re looking for
- You don’t need a Computer Science degree or previous professional technology experience.
- You will need a foundation in coding using at least one programming language
- A structured approach to technical problem-solving
- The ability and motivation to learn new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork
- Curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for technology
- An interest in using technology to improve customer experiences
