As a Finance Analyst, you will support financial operations and strategic decision-making across the business. You will work on a range of analytical and reporting projects, gaining hands-on exposure to complex financial processes while developing core commercial and technical finance skills.
You will:

This is a development-focused role combining real-world finance experience with formal training and accreditation.
Education
- A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline or strong, relevant finance experience for non-traditional candidates
- Degree completed, or due to be completed, by early 2026
- Right to work in the UK by the start date
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
- Ability to work on site 4–5 days per week in Basildon
