Role Overview: Client Manager (Early Careers Recruitment)
As a Client Manager, you will play a central role in executing recruitment campaigns within the early careers space. This operational role is focused on the seamless delivery of recruitment processes, ensuring that both clients and candidates experience a high standard of service. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the recruitment campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure a smooth pipeline from candidate attraction to successful hiring. You will be expected to drive the recruitment process, ensuring operational excellence, and providing consistent reporting and insights to clients on the progress of campaigns.

- Client Relationship Management

- Use data to identify trends and risks, recommending adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Collaboration and Team Contribution
- Work closely with the Client Delivery Centre to ensure resources are effectively allocated to campaigns.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance across marketing effectiveness, candidate throughput, and hiring success.
- Ensure all documentation, reports, and trackers are kept up to date and accurate.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment, focusing on continuous improvement and achieving exceptional results.
