About the organisation
Our client is an early careers technology and recruitment business that helps students and graduates explore career opportunities, build confidence and connect with employers.
Working with employers, universities and schools, the business combines technology, content and recruitment services to help young people take their next step into work.
The opportunity
Are you highly organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering excellent customer service?
As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll support a team that helps employers attract and recruit talented students and graduates. You’ll coordinate customer subscriptions, keep information accurate and ensure agreed services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role would suit someone with recent administration experience who enjoys working with people, managing competing priorities and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating the delivery of customer subscriptions, including publishing and distributing employer profiles and vacancies across the business’s network.
- Supporting Customer Success Managers with activity that strengthens customer relationships and encourages renewals.
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date customer records and delivery information in the CRM.
- Identifying and flagging delivery issues or customer concerns so the team can respond promptly.
- Sharing customer feedback and highlighting opportunities to expand existing relationships.
- Contributing to daily team meetings and collaborative process improvement sessions.
- Suggesting practical ways to improve efficiency and the customer experience.
- Working closely with colleagues and external contacts to deliver a reliable, responsive service.
What we’re looking for
- Recent experience in administration, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-first approach and the ability to understand and respond to different customer needs.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
- A proactive, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn.
- A collaborative working style and confidence building relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Accuracy when entering, checking and maintaining data.
An understanding of student and graduate recruitment would be helpful, but is not essential.
What success looks like
You’ll help ensure customers receive the services they’ve purchased on time, records remain accurate and the team has the information it needs to support customer satisfaction, renewals and growth.
Additional information
The role includes a three-month probationary period. Appointment is subject to background screening.
