A major international entertainment and technology business is seeking a creative and commercially minded marketing professional to support the attraction of graduate, intern, and apprentice talent across the UK and Europe. The Early Talent function supports hundreds of emerging professionals each year through structured career programmes, internships, apprenticeships, and work experience initiatives. The team is responsible for creating engaging candidate journeys that introduce students and early-career professionals to exciting career opportunities within a fast-paced, innovative organisation.
This position sits within a collaborative attraction and engagement team focused on delivering impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that resonate with student audiences.
The Role
As Campaigns & Employer Brand Lead you will play a key role in developing and delivering attraction campaigns that strengthen brand awareness among students and graduates. You’ll work across multiple channels to create engaging campaigns, coordinate delivery timelines, and optimise performance using data and market insight. Partnering closely with colleagues across marketing, events, operations, and employer branding, you’ll help deliver high-quality candidate engagement activity throughout the recruitment cycle. This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing creativity with organisation and is comfortable managing multiple campaign streams in a busy, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Delivery
- Support the development and execution of seasonal attraction campaigns
- Coordinate campaign activity across digital, social, and event channels
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within agreed budgets
- Manage multiple campaign workstreams simultaneously
- Brand & Content Collaboration
- Work with employer brand and content teams to produce engaging student-focused marketing materials
- Help amplify user-generated and ambassador-led social media content
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate engagement and brand visibility
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and produce performance reports
- Analyse channel engagement, conversion trends, and ROI metrics
- Use insights and market research to recommend improvements to future campaigns
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Liaise with external agencies and creative suppliers to ensure campaign assets meet expectations
- Coordinate updates, feedback, and campaign changes throughout delivery phases
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Team & Project Support
- Assist with wider early talent initiatives, including recruitment events, photography days, and ad hoc projects
- Provide operational support during peak campaign periods where required
