Overview Key Criteria (What We're Looking For)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (minimum 2:2) in a relevant discipline, such as: Business, Finance, Economics, Politics, Energy, Sustainability, Data Analytics or similar
- Strong interest in energy, sustainability, infrastructure, or public policy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Ethical, professional, and values-driven approach
- Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Right to work in the UK
- Interest in large-scale infrastructure or major national projects
- Experience working in teams, projects, or stakeholder-focused environments

The Programme
You'll complete rotational placements (up to 6 months each) across core business and policy functions, designed to build commercial, strategic, and stakeholder skills. Potential placement areas include:
- Finance & Treasury
- Economic Regulation
- Environment & Sustainability
- Public Sector & Government Engagement
You'll be supported throughout by a career manager, placement manager, mentor, and buddy, alongside learning from senior leaders and industry experts.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Business Analyst / Associate, you'll:
- Contribute to high-impact projects supporting the UK's energy transition
- Analyse data, policy, and commercial information to support decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Develop both technical and professional skills in a fast-paced environment
This is not a shadowing role — you'll be trusted with meaningful work early on.
Location & Flexibility
Primary base: London office. Rotational placements may require travel to other UK locations. Exposure across multiple business units and operational environments.
