Key Criteria (What We're Looking For)- Undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2) in any discipline
- Minimum 2 A-levels (A–C) plus one additional A-level or equivalent
- 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A–C) including Maths and English
- Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information
- Interest in accounting, risk, assurance, or advisory work
- Professional, collaborative, and willing to ask questions
- Interest in governance, risk, internal audit, or public sector organisations
- Experience handling data, reports, or analytical work
- Ability to explain financial or technical information clearly to non-specialists
- Evidence of teamwork, responsibility, or leadership (academic, work, or extracurricular)
As part of the Risk Assurance & Advisory team, you'll support clients by reviewing how their organisations operate and identifying opportunities to improve:
- Assisting with internal audit, assurance, and advisory assignments
- Reviewing internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes
- Identifying weaknesses in systems and recommending practical improvements
- Supporting audits and assurance reviews across a range of organisations
- Analysing data, documenting findings, and contributing to written reports
- Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Studying towards the ACCA qualification alongside your role
