Key Criteria (What We're Looking For)
  • Undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2) in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 A-levels (A–C) plus one additional A-level or equivalent
  • 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A–C) including Maths and English
  • Strong numerical ability and high attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Risk Assurance & Advisory team, you'll support clients by reviewing how their organisations operate and identifying opportunities to improve:

  • Assisting with internal audit, assurance, and advisory assignments
  • Reviewing internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes
  • Identifying weaknesses in systems and recommending practical improvements
  • Supporting audits and assurance reviews across a range of organisations
  • Analysing data, documenting findings, and contributing to written reports
  • Communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Studying towards the ACCA qualification alongside your role
