As the Culture Champion, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on nurturing and evolving the company’s culture as it scales. You’ll get to apply your academic background in people-related disciplines to real-world challenges, work with colleagues across the business, and contribute to strategic initiatives that shape how the company supports, develops, and engages its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering surveys, focus groups and interviews to understand how the organisation’s culture is evolving – and using analytics to spot trends and opportunities.
- Analysing onboarding, recruitment, and feedback processes to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and evaluate outcomes.
- Supporting the recruitment process – including candidate communications, psychometric testing, and new starter onboarding.
- Testing and embedding evidence-based approaches to hiring, using data to understand the traits that help individuals thrive.
- Acting as a culture ambassador – providing wellbeing support, answering people-related queries, and helping colleagues feel seen and supported.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to scope, test and deliver high-impact people initiatives.
About You

You Have:
- A Master’s or PhD in a people-focused subject (such as Organisational Psychology, Social Sciences, People Analytics, Business Psychology, or Behavioural Economics)
- A genuine interest in company culture, employee experience, and the future of work
- A collaborative, feedback-driven approach to work – you’re happy to iterate and evolve ideas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you enjoy asking big questions and testing assumptions
- High attention to detail and a conscientious mindset – you take pride in quality
- The ability to juggle priorities and work across multiple projects
- A natural curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quo
- A can-do, positive attitude – and you believe that work should be fun and fulfilling
