GradBay is seeking an experienced Early Careers Recruitment & Programme Manager to lead the delivery of graduate and internship hiring programmes for a major organisation within the technology and digital sector. This is a highly visible role combining recruitment, stakeholder engagement, programme management, candidate experience and graduate development.

You will work closely with senior business leaders to attract, assess and support emerging talent from application through to programme.
