We’re hiring ambitious graduates to join a Graduate Technology Consultant Programme designed to turn high-potential individuals into job-ready technology and data consultants. This is a training-first programme that provides fully funded, intensive technical training, followed by placement into a 2-year full-time technology or data role with leading client organisations. No prior coding or technical experience is required. What matters most is your curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and desire to build a career in technology.

You’ll be a strong match if you:

  • Hold (or are on track to achieve) a degree in any subject
  • Are available to start in April 2026
  • Have a genuine interest in technology, data, or digital careers
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability
  • Are motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
  • Can work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Exposure to coding, data, or digital tools (not essential)

About the Programme

You will begin with 12–16 weeks of full-time training, covering:

  • Data analytics & data engineering foundations
  • Cloud & modern tech tooling

After completing training, you will move into a 2-year Technology Consultant placement, where you’ll work on real projects, gain commercial experience, and continue developing your technical and consulting capability.

  • Learning core coding and data skills through hands-on training
  • Working in teams to solve practical technical challenges
  • Applying your skills on client projects as a Technology or Data Consultant
  • Receiving ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Building a strong professional network and long-term career pathway
