The Programme
This is a two‑year rotational graduate scheme built around autonomy and choice. Rather than following a fixed pathway, graduates co‑design their rotations, selecting specialist areas aligned to their interests and career goals.
Key Criteria
- A degree in any engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, energy, building services or related)
You will:
- Complete two six‑month rotations in year one
- Spend year two specialising in a chosen engineering discipline

- Support the delivery of real engineering and infrastructure projects
