The Role
Our client is seeking a Graduate Analyst who is interested in building a long-term career within executive search. In this position, you will support the wider search team while developing the skills required to manage research processes independently over time. Analysts collaborate closely with Associates, Principals, and Partners by providing research support, identifying potential candidates, and maintaining accurate records within the internal database. You will also assist in mapping target organisations, managing candidate information, and ensuring data accuracy within the company’s systems. As you gain experience, you will contribute to defining research strategies, progressing searches, and proactively identifying potential candidates for client assignments.
