They are seeking a high-calibre Graduate Analyst to join their research and delivery team. The Role

As a Graduate Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting search execution and market intelligence. You will work closely with Consultants and Partners to identify, assess, and engage senior talent across a range of industries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor analysis
  • Identifying and researching senior executives and industry leaders
  • Producing high-quality briefing documents and candidate reports
  • Supporting longlist development and talent pipeline creation
  • Analysing industry trends, company performance, and leadership movements
  • Engaging professionally with prospective candidates
  • Managing data accurately within internal systems and research tools

From day one, you will be trusted with real responsibility and exposed to complex, high-impact assignments.

About You:

They are looking for intellectually curious, commercially minded graduates who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. You will likely have:

  • A strong academic record
  • A degree in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Economics, Business, Politics, Psychology, STEM, or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A proactive, resilient mindset and strong work ethic

Prior internship experience in consulting, finance, recruitment, research, or a related professional services environment is advantageous but not essential.
