They are seeking a high-calibre Graduate Analyst to join their research and delivery team. The Role
As a Graduate Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting search execution and market intelligence. You will work closely with Consultants and Partners to identify, assess, and engage senior talent across a range of industries. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor analysis
- Identifying and researching senior executives and industry leaders
- Producing high-quality briefing documents and candidate reports
- Supporting longlist development and talent pipeline creation
- Analysing industry trends, company performance, and leadership movements
- Engaging professionally with prospective candidates
- Managing data accurately within internal systems and research tools

About You:
