2026 Graduate Programme: Analytics & Sales (Italian Speakers)
Start Date: March or May 2026
Location: London
If you want a serious career in financial markets, not just a job with a logo, read on. This is a flagship Analytics & Sales graduate programme. It is intense, client-facing, commercially sharp and globally recognised.
You will not sit quietly in the background. You will become the person traders, portfolio managers and analysts rely on when markets are moving fast.
What This Role Really Is
You start in Analytics. That means:
- Supporting Bloomberg Professional Service users globally
- Solving complex financial and technical queries
- Teaching clients how to use advanced market analytics tools
- Delivering world-class support across asset classes
Every day, thousands of queries come in. Speed matters. Accuracy matters. Credibility matters. You will speak to hedge funds, asset managers, banks and corporates. You need to know what you’re talking about.
As you build expertise, you have the opportunity to move into Sales. Sales in this organisation is consultative and relationship-driven. You will:
- Manage high-value client accounts
- Identify revenue growth opportunities
- Understand client workflows
- Present enterprise-level solutions
- Drive commercial performance
This is how market credibility turns into commercial influence.
Training & Development
Before you go live, you complete an intensive training programme covering:
- Financial markets fundamentals
- Asset classes and market participants
- Bloomberg analytics tools and functionality
- Client communication and problem-solving
You will then specialise further in asset classes and workflows. Many Analytics representatives progress into Sales. Others move into specialist support teams or leadership roles. This is a long-term career pathway, not a short-term graduate stint.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to real-time client queries via chat and phone
- Educating clients on analytics tools and market functionality
- Delivering on-site and virtual training sessions
- Supporting product roll-outs and onboarding
- Identifying workflow improvements
- Building commercial awareness from day one
It is fast. It is demanding. It is intellectually sharp.
