We’re looking for a proactive Junior Sales Analyst to join a fast-growing, industry-leading organisation based in Central London. As the business continues to expand, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sales and Commercial teams by managing reporting, analysis, and coordination tasks that enable senior stakeholders to focus on strategic growth and revenue generation.
What You’ll Do
- KPI Reporting & Analysis – Produce daily and weekly KPI reports for the Sales department.
- Monthly Performance Insights – Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics by territory and team.
- Sales Coordination – Support departmental activities, ensuring smooth execution of recurring and ad hoc projects.
- Executive Support – Provide administrative and analytical support to the senior commercial team.
- Lead Management – Manage and distribute marketing and inbound leads to the right salespeople.
- New Starter Onboarding – Help coordinate onboarding and training for new team members.
- Process Improvement – Assist in refining and documenting business processes for efficiency.
