About the Programme
Our Graduate Programme in Pricing offers a deep dive into how we develop, evaluate, and refine the prices of our insurance products. You’ll learn how to use advanced analytical methods to support pricing and underwriting decisions, ensuring that premiums reflect risk appropriately while remaining competitive. You may also work on projects that involve analysing large datasets, uncovering trends, and building automated tools that enhance decision-making across the business. As pricing and underwriting become increasingly sophisticated, experience in this area can open the door to a wide range of future roles—such as data analysis, portfolio management, pricing strategy, geospatial analysis, account underwriting, and beyond. Many of these pathways lead toward senior technical or leadership positions.
Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll study toward specialist data-focused qualifications, supported by experienced professionals. You’ll also gain access to global learning programmes that build expertise in pricing, underwriting, risk engineering, and claims management. Continuous learning is a key part of our culture, so you’ll have free access to industry-leading training platforms, regular knowledge-sharing sessions, and monthly events designed to strengthen your technical and analytical skills.
