A leading student and graduate engagement business is looking for a highly organised, creative, and commercially aware Social Media & Marketing Campaign Executive to join its growing marketing operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody passionate about:

You’ll support the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for major graduate employers and student-focused brands across the UK and EMEA. Working across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, you’ll help deliver engaging student marketing campaigns that drive awareness, applications, engagement, and brand visibility amongst Gen Z audiences. This is a fast-paced and hands-on role suited to somebody who enjoys creativity, organisation, collaboration, and digital storytelling.
As a Social Media & Marketing Campaign Executive, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, ambassador programmes, digital advertising, events, and student engagement initiatives. You’ll work closely with marketing, events, student engagement, and client-facing teams to help execute campaigns for leading graduate employers, universities, and consumer brands. This role combines:
- campaign coordination

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Supporting the delivery of paid social campaigns including audience targeting, campaign setup, budget tracking, and reporting
- Assisting with content calendars, copywriting, social media scheduling, and campaign coordination
- Supporting video shoots, student-generated content, and campaign activations
- Monitoring social media trends, engagement, and platform performance
- Supporting community management and audience engagement across campaigns
- Assisting with the delivery of digital and student marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Supporting ambassador programmes and student activations across UK universities
- Coordinating campaign logistics, schedules, timelines, and reporting trackers
- Supporting onboarding, briefing, and communication with student ambassadors
- Assisting with campaign reporting, analytics, and performance insights
- Supporting paid media bookings, invoicing, budgeting, and campaign administration
- Assisting with campaign performance reporting across social, digital, and ambassador activity
- Tracking engagement metrics including reach, impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI
- Helping produce client-facing reports and campaign summaries
- Conducting competitor and trend analysis to support future campaign planning
Key Criteria:
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or student engagement
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and digital tools
- Good understanding of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging social trends
- Confident working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable communicating with students, ambassadors, clients, and internal stakeholders
