Graduate Customer Support Specialist

Key Qualifications
- Be graduating or have graduated within the last 2 years

Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line support to financial clients (phone + IM)
- Troubleshoot software and hardware queries with accuracy and speed
- Support installation, configuration and user onboarding
- Build knowledge across multiple asset classes and market workflows
- Protect user access and ensure data security
- Train clients on functionality and help maximise product value
