Candidate Profile

• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for new challenges
• At least a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any subject
• A minimum of two A levels (A–C) plus a third A level or equivalent
• Five GCSEs at grades A*–C / 9–4, including Maths and English (or equivalent)
• The ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Comfort working with numerical information and strong to detail
• Clear, well‑structured written and verbal communication
• The capability to present financial information in a supportive, accessible manner
