A leading UK residential development and construction organisation is recruiting graduates to join its Graduate Construction Pathway, an 18-month rotational programme designed to develop future Site Managers, Project Managers, and Construction Directors. This pathway is suited to graduates with a strong interest in construction delivery, project management, construction technology, and quality, who want broad exposure and a long-term career in the construction sector.

The Programme
The Construction Pathway is a structured 18-month rotational programme, starting and finishing within Construction, with rotations across:
- Construction
- Health & Safety
- Technical
- Development
- Commercial
- Customer Service
- Construction (final rotation)
Graduates are based on site throughout the programme. The anticipated location for this role is within reasonable commuting distance of Takeley, with site locations subject to change due to operational requirements. During the final rotation, transition discussions take place, with the potential opportunity to move into a permanent Build or Construction team role upon successful completion of the programme.

As a Construction Graduate, you will:
- Complete all rotations in line with agreed learning objectives and performance targets
- Take ownership of your development, seeking out learning and challenge
- Integrate into multiple teams, supporting delivery and building long-term professional relationships
- Learn from experienced construction, technical, and commercial professionals
- Contribute to business initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement activity
- Actively participate in the graduate community, including meetings, masterclasses, and development sessions
- Represent the organisation at careers events and promote careers in construction
- Support new graduates joining the programme through peer mentoring
- Work towards further qualifications or accreditations where appropriate
- Engage positively with managers and mentors to review progress and development
