About the Position

This role is responsible for expanding our Legal Sector portfolio and generating new commercial opportunities. Working alongside the Legal Sector Lead and colleagues in marketing, sales, and research, you’ll support major law firms and barristers’ chambers in reaching early-career talent through digital campaigns, events, and insight-led initiatives.

Performance Expectations

  • Initiate contact with approximately 35 solicitor firms not yet engaged with us.
  • Generate commercial opportunities with 20 solicitor firms and 10 barristers’ chambers (either lapsed or new) within the first six months.
  • Secure at least five new solicitor firm clients in the first half-year.
  • Take responsibility for all commercial relationships within the barristers’ market, with an expectation of double-digit annual growth.
  • Achieve double-digit YoY growth across a set group of existing solicitor firm clients.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthening client relationships

  • Manage and grow partnerships with current law firm clients in collaboration with the Legal Sector Lead.
  • Develop relationships with both long-standing and prospective barristers’ chambers.
  • Engage with graduate recruitment, marketing, and inclusion teams within legal organisations.
  • Support contract renewals and ensure client satisfaction through reliable communication and delivery.

Driving new business

  • Identify potential new clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
  • Participate in developing proposals, pitches, and sales materials.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at broadening our reach and unlocking new revenue streams.

Delivering impactful campaigns

  • Support the delivery of yearly campaigns, events, and marketing activities across our platforms and brands.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client work.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (Zoho) and monitor performance indicators to track progress.
