Key Deliverables Client Success Help maintain a strong pipeline of applicants to meet the hiring needs of clients, ensuring diversity and quality throughout.
Run interactive sessions or training to assist hiring teams in understanding the assessment process and their involvement in candidate evaluation.
Keep application processes on track, ensuring prompt movement through the hiring funnel and meeting agreed turnaround times.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, timely communication both online and face-to-face.
Candidate Journey Plan and manage assessment events, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics.
Communicate updates and outcomes to candidates, including constructive feedback where appropriate.
Keep records and recruitment status reports accurate and up to date.
Ensure candidates feel informed and supported, answering queries clearly and efficiently throughout the process.
Team Collaboration Maintain open communication with colleagues to ensure smooth coordination during campaigns.
Attend team check-ins and contribute ideas and updates.
Manage competing tasks with flexibility and strong time management, particularly during busy recruitment cycles.
