This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You'll be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.
Client Relationship & Campaign Oversight
- Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion
- Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients
- Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and escalation any issues in a timely manner
Campaign Delivery & Performance
- Design and execute effective attraction strategies to meet hiring needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports, trackers, and campaign summaries
- Evaluate outcomes and share insights at the end of each campaign
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure adequate resourcing across all stages of the campaign
- Monitor delivery performance, ensuring high standards in candidate quality, speed of delivery, and achievement of hiring targets
- A strong team collaborator with a proactive approach to achieving shared goals
- Comfortable working independently, using initiative to overcome challenges
- Clear and confident communicator across written and verbal formats

Experience & Skills
- Background in early talent recruitment, with full-cycle campaign delivery experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills and client-facing confidence
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail
- Skilled in time management, planning, and working across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
