Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project support on small- to mid-scale projects, or take responsibility for specific elements of larger projects, ensuring delivery to the highest possible standard.
  • Support the successful delivery of all assigned projects.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including critical paths, production schedules, site plans, and project files (with all work signed off by the Senior Project Manager).
  • Attend site visits as required.
  • Participate in project debriefs where appropriate.
  • Assist with client briefings and contribute to pitch and proposal responses.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements, including assisting with the preparation of Safety Plans and RAMS, and supporting the enforcement of site safety procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with junior team members and placement students, offering guidance and support where appropriate.
  • Develop an understanding of warehouse systems and assist with warehouse management activities.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Directors.

Key Skills and Experience Required

  • Minimum of one year's proven experience in a related project management or coordination role.
  • Clear, demonstrable experience supporting the delivery of successful events.
  • Understanding of business finances and budget management.
  • Knowledge of corporate and outdoor events is desirable but not essential.
  • Understanding of operational processes and business systems.
  • Experience working with a broad range of event suppliers.
  • Strong planning, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to deliver accurate, detailed, and well-structured information.
