Grace and Tailor are a full-service event management and AV company with expertise in the organisation and production of conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, road shows, festivals and concerts. We are a team of events specialists working together to deliver safe, seamless live events for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Provide project support on small- to mid-scale projects, or take responsibility for specific elements of larger projects, ensuring delivery to the highest possible standard.
- Support the successful delivery of all assigned projects.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date project documentation, including critical paths, production schedules, site plans, and project files (with all work signed off by the Senior Project Manager).
- Attend site visits as required.
- Participate in project debriefs where appropriate.
- Assist with client briefings and contribute to pitch and proposal responses.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements, including assisting with the preparation of Safety Plans and RAMS, and supporting the enforcement of site safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with junior team members and placement students, offering guidance and support where appropriate.
- Develop an understanding of warehouse systems and assist with warehouse management activities.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Directors.
Key Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of one year’s proven experience in a related project management or coordination role.
- Clear, demonstrable experience supporting the delivery of successful events.
- Understanding of business finances and budget management.
- Knowledge of corporate and outdoor events is desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of operational processes and business systems.
- Experience working with a broad range of event suppliers.
- Strong planning, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate, detailed, and well-structured information.
