Gravitiq is a fast-growing global consumer goods group, home to a portfolio of beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands.
Grace & Stella, one of our key brands, is undertaking the largest operational transformation programme in its history - spanning reformulation, repackaging and a phased retail rollout.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Programme Manager 1 - 2 days per week, for a 6 month contract to take ownership of this transformation: building the integrated plan, holding the critical path, and driving cross-functional delivery against milestones.
This is a delivery-focused mandate - you are accountable for the programme landing on time, in scope and with the right cross-functional alignment, not for setting the company’s broader operating systems.
Key Responsibilities
Working closely with points of contact from Brand/Marketing, Creative, Supply Chain, Product Development, Regulatory and Commercial, you will own end-to-end delivery of the Grace & Stella transformation programme.
Focus areas include
- Reformulation programme – product development and improvement workstreams
- A repackaging programme – managing primary componentry changeover and packaging redesign refresh.
- Retail phase-in / phase-out – sequencing the transition of SKUs and packaging formats across retail and other channels.
- Integrated programme planning & critical path management – building and maintaining a single source of truth across all workstreams.
- Cross-functional coordination – aligning with point of contacts from Brand, Supply Chain, Product Development, Regulatory and Commercial around shared timelines and dependencies.
- Defining milestones and driving delivery against them – tracking progress, surfacing risks early, and escalating decisions where needed.
What Success Looks Like
By the end of the engagement, Grace & Stella will have
- A single, integrated programme plan with a clear critical path across reformulation, repackaging and retail phase-in/out.
- Milestones met (or proactively re-planned) with full visibility for stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional alignment and a clear escalation route for risks and decisions.
- A reformulated and repackaged product range successfully transitioned across retail and DTC channels.
Requirements
- You have led complex, cross-functional transformation or NPD programmes in a consumer goods, beauty, wellness, retail or DTC environment, ideally involving reformulation, repackaging or retail transitions.
- You are comfortable building and owning an integrated plan across multiple workstreams and holding teams accountable to it.
- Strong stakeholder management, structured planning (e. g. critical path / Gantt-based methods) and a bias towards practical, hands-on delivery are essential.
We’re particularly interested in people who have held roles such as Programme Director, Senior Programme/Project Manager, Head of PMO, or Operations Lead, with a track record of driving delivery in fast-moving, founder-led or high-growth environments.
